When God's Love Shines Through How Can You Not Be Filled With Peace?

It's There, But Do We See It? 

I'll be the first to admit this is way easier said than done. It's just a part of being human and real with yourself. But that doesn't even slightly imply we can't be filled with God's peace because we can.

In Matthew 28:20, Jesus states, "....And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age." 

As I soak in those words, I realize the magnitude of their intention. We are in precarious times, but God said in his word that we would not be alone. Instead, we could overcome every obstacle and be the unique individuals we were created to be because we are not replications of one another but perfectly designed, amazing souls. 

New Beginnings Designed to Bless Others

2023 was a year like never before. I have found that in the most trying times, God grows you the most, and 2023 was no different than my other life-changing - "Maria, are you listening" years with God. I don't regret one of those seasons because they taught me so much. Some were harder than others, such as the year my siblings and I lost our mother - our everything. Nevertheless, I continue to grow - some years much slower than others, but I grow nonetheless. 

While in the hospital no less than five times in 2023, God took those quiet moments and repeated one phrase to me: "Leave a legacy of love!" As I pondered its meaning, clarity overwhelmed me. 

The past 28 years were a training field designed to equip me with the ability to help small to mid-sized businesses who otherwise would be unable to maximize their brands - their unique stories. But more importantly, I know I have a calling to help young professionals, college students, and high schoolers understand how to build a personal brand and repair it should it get off-track, which happens more frequently than people are willing to admit.

As our world spirals further out of normalcy, this seems like the most critical time to equip tomorrow's leaders and help them understand the uniqueness God placed in them and how they were meant for such a time as this.
